Shan I received this in my Yoni Gift Set Bundle purchase and got the chance to finally use it. For some odd reason the first day of my cycle I was nauseous, I usually have light lower back aches, and mild breakout as my only signs. Then I remembered my Girlish bundle set that I purchased over the holidays and I gave the Raspberry Pops a try! My nauseousness faded throughout the day with a little back ache. Just with day one results, I decided to continue to take the raspberry pops first thing in the morning for the next four days. I experience very light to none cramps, no nauseousness, and my face didn't break out. I usually have to do sulfur mask to prevent or minimize any period zits but I had to do no such, so this is a winner! 😄
